Mark Blau

Mark has been active in New York real estate for more than 35 years. He started his career in residential and retail at Rose Associates, where he worked on the construction of Georgetown Plaza at 60 East 8th Street. After working at Rose, he acted as the owner’s representative for the construction of The Phoenix, a 34-story residential tower.

Working independently, Mark has earned a reputation for quality residential rehabs and retail transactions. Some of his projects have included the renovation of an old horse stable, an alcohol factory and a pharmaceutical warehouse into luxury co-ops and residential lofts in Manhattan; Loma Linda Estates, a 2,500-acre golf course community in Joplin, Missouri; and Meed Racquet Club, a 110-acre-site including homes, a tennis club and a 114-room hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. Mark’s Manhattan retail projects have included Fleet Bank, The Gap and Kate’s Paperie.
